What does my registration include?

Your registration will include a two day conference pass (July 13 – 14), with access to:

  • All keynote and track presentations 
  • Public social events

  • The event app

  • Exhibition and interactive sessions (including roundtables, SAP and Partner microforums)

  • Keynote and track sessions will be recorded and made available after the conference

  • An exclusive and specially selected customer case study delivered directly to your inbox pre-event

  • Please Note! There is an additional charge to attend the pre-conference workshops and site visit


How can I register a group?

Will I get access to a delegate list?

Our event app will provide a list of those attendees with public profiles

What do I do if I can’t make the event after registering?

The T|A|C Events cancellation policy is posted under the ‘Terms and Conditions’ tab. Please be aware that a cancellation fee or full payment may be required depending on the time of your cancellation


What is the deadline for registration?

To guarantee your place we would recommend registering up to 2 weeks before the event, especially if your registration includes a workshop or if you require a visa to travel. However registrations can be taken up until the day of the event


Can you support me with my VISA requirements?

Yes, please contact our registrations team on (+44) 0121 200 3810 or email  info@tac-insights.com as soon as possible.If your visa is rejected you will be offered a full refund on your registration


What are the accommodation options?

Please visit the 'Venue and Location' tab for for further details on discounted accommodation


How can I make payment?

You can make payment by credit card or bank transfer. American Express is not accepted. We are unable to accept AMEX payments online, however payment can be made over the phone


What is the dress code?

Our participants generally dress both business formal and business casual


Are there any student or group registration discounts available?

Yes we do offer a range of discounts. Please visit the ‘Tickets and Special Offers’ tab for further details
