A "Cyber" focused Workshop in three parts:

1. Authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO) in Hybrid Landscapes

Secure access to SAP business applications combined with ease-of-use for the end-user is a key requirement for identity access management in hybrid landscapes. In this session an overview about the capabilities of the SAP Cloud Identity Services will be provided; from basic authentication, X.509, biometric authentication/FIDO to various options for multi-factor authentication. We’ll investigate the SSO protocols SAML and OpenID Connect and their suitability for Principal Propagation. Finally we will have a look at SAP’s plans for a Secure Login Server in the Cloud. This planned new service aims to offer additional options for authentication to business systems accessed with SAP GUI.
