Novotel Amsterdam City

Your accommodation reservation must be paid before the event where a payment is due. You can cancel your reservation free of charge until 3 weeks (03/03/2026) prior to the event date - Any cancellations after this date we be charged at 100% of the expected costs. This includes no shows, late arrivals and changes made during your stay. To cancel or edit your reservation, please email info@registrations.tac-insights.com. For speakers - Accommodation allowance is against single occupancy rooms only. The cost difference to upgrade to double occupancy will be payable by yourself upon submission of this form.
