Innovative core banking technology is key to success for banks, with “open banking”, “modular architectures”, “artificial intelligence”, “ecosystems”, and “cloud computing” being just some of the recent trends. In this half day workshop we want to explore the main trends in core banking and the technologies required to succeed in the digital banking space. As well as interactive demonstrations of recent technological innovations at SAP Fioneer (e.g., machine learning capabilities), we will also address which ways core technology can foster innovation on the business side and, in particular, enable novel business propositions.
