I really liked the fact that the conference was very customer-focused, particularly the nature of the speaker sessions (i.e. customer case studies, successes and challenges etc.) rather than product driven. It was about customer stories and experiences. This approach helped create the right atmosphere to have useful discussions with customers in the exhibition hall, something which was very pleasing from a sponsor perspective."
