Novotel Amsterdam City

The 4-star Novotel Amsterdam City is located in the south of Amsterdam, at an ideal location for both business and leisure travels. The hotel is modern and spacious, offering everything you will need during your stay in the city. You can easily reach the hotel either by public transport or by car. The hotel is located along the A10 highway, within walking distance to Amsterdam RAI train, tram and metro station.

Cancellation terms

Your accommodation reservation must be paid before the event where a payment is due. You can cancel your reservation free of charge until 3 weeks (03/03/2026) prior to the event date - Any cancellations after this date we be charged at 100% of the expected costs. This includes no shows, late arrivals and changes made during your stay. To cancel or edit your reservation, please email info@registrations.tac-insights.com. For speakers - Accommodation allowance is against single occupancy rooms only. The cost difference to upgrade to double occupancy will be payable by yourself upon submission of this form.
